http://www.TravelsWithSheila.comThe completely unique little Tarsier, a primate only approximately 15cm (6-10inches) long isn't easy to see. They have big eyes like an Owl, long tails like a rat, look like Koala Bears, and are nocturnal like Bats.The Tarsiers live in Banyan trees and love grasshoppers and other insects. Hysterical watching we (perhaps 10) tourists rushing around one big tree from one side to the other as the Tarsiers made their appearance, along with guides and rangers shining flashlights on them. Quite a sight and s--o--- cute!
